Coping With Stress and Anxiety

We all have stress in our lives, but when you also have a chronic condition it can seem insurmountable. Behavioral Therapist Helen Duane, LCSW, will share some information and ideas for “Coping With Stress and Anxiety,” on Wednesday March 30, 2011, 1 p.m.–2 p.m. at Parrish Health & Fitness Center, Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab Department, 2210 Cheney Highway, Titusville, Fla.

Cardiac/Pulmonary Educational Seminars are held every month. They are designed to help anyone with cardiac/pulmonary problems, family or friends live a fuller, safer life through information and support.   Space is limited, so please RSVP to the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab at Parrish Health & Fitness Center: 321-268-6726.   You don’t have to try to cope with cardiac or pulmonary disease alone.
