The Health Village at Main Street PMC will be built on property within The Chain of Lakes Regional Park. The park is being developed by partners: Brevard County Stormwater Utility Department, Brevard County Parks and Recreation, City of Titusville, Brevard Community College, Parrish Medical Center and St. John's River Water Management District (SJRWMD).
The attractiveness of the Main Street PMC project is enhanced by its location within the park, which includes areas for active and passive recreation, environmental protection, public education, historic preservation, health care and senior care.
In the conceptual site plan, Main Street PMC is shown as the football-shaped arrangement of buildings on the far left, immediately east of Parrish Medical Center, between the main hospital building and the Indian River. One of the lakes in the Chain of Lakes Regional Park will serve as a beautiful backdrop for The Health Village.
