How do I become a member?The first step in joining the Health and Fitness Center is to stop by and complete the enrollment forms. Our staff will assist you with any questions you may have. If you have medical concerns, a physician's release may be required prior to your evaluation. If medically indicated, we will fax a physician's release to your doctor. Once we receive recommendations from your physician we will begin your evaluation process. Your enrollment fee and first months payment is due on the day of your evaluation. Once you are a member you may have. Monthly fees paid through EFT from your checking or savings account. Health and Fitness accepts, cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover. How do I use the facility as a visitor? A visitor form may be completed at the information desk. Payment will be made at that time and you are welcome to use the facility. An evaluation is not necessary if you are visiting the facility, however, if you have medical concerns, a physicians release may be required prior to you using the facility. If you are not familiar with fitness equipment and its use, we recommend that you visit with a friend who is an active member, or speak to a fitness instructor before using the facility. How do I enter my child into the playroom/kid gym? Children have a world of fun in the Parrish Health and Fitness Playroom and Kid Gym. Members and visitors can workout knowing their kids are having supervised fun. Children may remain in the playroom for up to 90 minutes. Prior to using the playroom you will need to complete the playroom registration form and make your playroom payment at the cashier window.At least one parent must be in the center for a child or children to participate in Playroom or Kid Gym. This requirement is waived if a child is in a Kid Camp program.
