Everyone in the office is always very nice and helpful. All of the staff and Dr. Galfo is excellent, always giving me extra time, answering all my questions, looking up things, and doing whatever he can to make sure that I leave medically fit and able to take care of myself, which I truly appreciate.

You need to talk to your office staff and have them get their, they need to get it together. They're just not serving your patients well.

I've alway been met with pleasant staff. This time there was an office manager standing behind the receptionist. I had a 2:00 apt and received a text requesting to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrive 9 minutes early due to my responsibility at my job. The office manager was rude and saying didn't I receive the text to be here early. I said yes but this was as early as I could get here. She then wanted me to see an assistance not my doctor. I said I'll wait to see my doctor for my yearly physical. Basically sh

I have been coming here for years. I always feel my concerns is listen to. I can get timely appointments, which is not always the case with some doctors.

Dr Galfo is the best. He listens, understands, and makes you feel as if you are his only patient.

I have been a pt of Dr Galfo for over 15 years. Due to the fact I have not seen him in the office for 2 years, I had to fill out pages of forms of information already on my file and in my portal. A complete waste of time and redundancy that has no value.
