We have a variety of on-site facilities for our patients and families including:
Each patient has a private telephone number so family and friends can call the patient directly. Each phone has a button to use for amplification if needed. It is located on the side of the phone. Although patients can make outgoing calls anytime, incoming calls to patient rooms are blocked from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. and at any other time that the patient arranges phone blocking.
Every room is equipped with cable television , compliments of Parrish Medical Center.
A blanket, extra pillow, room temperature adjustments, and room service is also available at the request of our patients.
Skylight ACCESS Interactive Patient System
Need a warm blanket, extra pillow, your room temperature adjusted, or room service? Prefer to relax with music, enjoy a movie with visiting family members or check your e-mail? Today's hottest entertainment and communication options are at a patient's fingertips, 24 hours a day.
The Florida Today is delivered to patients each day compliments of the PMC Auxiliary. In addition, the Orlando Sentinel is also available for purchase by calling the Information Desk, extension 6104.
The Tender Touch Program is offered through the PMC Auxiliary. Each day an auxilian will visit patients with the cart and offer them a wide variety of magazines.
Mail and Flowers
Flowers and mail are distributed by the PMC Auxiliary each day.
Art Therapy Cart
Four Art and Music Therapy Carts have been purchased and filled with craft supplies, CD players and music. This service is provided through the PMC Auxiliary. Please let your nurse know that you would like the cart.

Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is maintained by the Environmental Services Department. If you have misplaced any of your personal items, please notify your nurse or the Customer Service Coordinator.
Courtesy Phones are located throughout the hospital. They can be found in the Atrium Cafe', Emergency Department and all other visitor waiting areas.
Snacks and sodas are available in vending machines located in the ER vending area on the first floor, Surgical and ICU waiting on the second floor and the Women's Center family waiting area on the third floor.
The AmSouth ATM machine has been installed and is working! It is located in the vending area of the Emergency Department waiting room.
The Parrish Medical Center library is located on the second floor near the Surgery waiting room. The public is invited to browse and Internet services are available. The librarian will be glad to help.
The Atrium Cafe is located on the first floor of the hospital in the north wing and is open Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., and weekends and holidays from 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
A hot breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. Bagels, toast, muffins, donuts, hot and cold cereal and fruit are still available after 9:30 a.m.
Lunch is available from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Atrium Cafe' including the grill and deli is open until 7:30 p.m.
Dinner is available from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.
If a patient asks you to join him or her at mealtime, a guest tray may be requested. The guest and patient trays are served together when the patient receives their meal. The price of the guest's meal is $4.50 for breakfast and $5.50 for lunch and dinner. To make arrangements please see the cashier in the Atrium Cafe.
There are times when a family member may wish to stay with a patient. If you feel the need to stay, speak with your nurse to discuss arrangements. It may be possible to remain in the patient's room.

As in a fine hotel, our concierge service is designed to facilitate and coordinate your PMC visit and your visit to Titusville.
