Lab Tests Without A Doctors Order
You can also order your own lab tests with Parrish Medical Center’s Direct Access Lab Testing (DAT). Available at four convenient North Brevard locations, you have the ability to order common blood tests at a minimum cost without a doctor's order (most are between $10 and $20). The results will be available to you in just a few days.
How does it work?
Simply download, complete and return a registration form to one of our four convenient locations in Titusville and Port St. John. Choose from the list of tests you would like to have performed. If you would like a form faxed to you, please call 321-268-6134. Payment is due at time of the service. Individual insurances will not be billed.
