DIABETES EDUCATION
Diabetes Group Class

Diabetes Survival Skills
Three-hour group class, overview of diabetes self-management skills When: Tuesdays and Thursdays Where: Diabetes Education Department (603 N. Exercise, Nutrition, & Wellness Classes

GENERAL INTEREST CLASSES
Cancer Education Seminars

Caregiver Academy
"Knowledge is Power" and the goal is to empower the caregiver with different topics presented each month by community experts. When: Second Thursday each month, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Where: Heritage Hall, 931 N. Food for Life
Explore nutrition and cooking tips that have shown to help with the prevention of cancer and other chronic conditions. Delicious samples will be served. Grocery Store Tour presented by Cardiac and Pulmonary Wellness

Living Healthy
